Beautiful heritage building with very comfortable beds, bright cozy bedding. The set up is almost Hostel like in that there is a common area with couches, table and chairs and simple kitchen and then each bedroom has its own bathroom. The townsfolk and shop owners were very friendly. We also enjoyed Shirley at the museum who was very helpful and knowledgeable! The stunning location was the icing on the cake!

I really liked the room we had with a big bathroom and immediate access to the shared kitchen. I was really appreciative of Martine's son carrying our big bags up the stairs!

No reception for this hotel, if you need to access the road you need to find the network or internet to contact the owner to get you access to your room. There was kind of smell in the hotel, when you get in and then weed smell whole night, no parking there you need to park in the street.

had a wonderful chat with the owner's son who came to the hotel and unlock it for us! Lovely hotel & stay! Lots of history there! Be prepared for the walk upstairs 22-23 stairs and fairly narrow. Not too much of an issue. Our group of 4 really had a great stay over the 2 nights.
