"My stay at Grand Bahia was absolutely excellent from beginning to end! I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. What stood out to me the most was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, respectful, and attentive throughout my stay. Everyone I interacted with made me feel comfortable and valued, and their positive attitudes really made the experience even more special. It’s not every day that you come across such a warm and accommodating team, and I truly appreciated it. The resort itself was beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere. The pool and beach areas were lovely, and there were plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The swim-up bar was also a great touch and made it easy to unwind and enjoy the vacation experience. Overall, I had an amazing stay at Grand Bahia and I’m very happy with my experience. The combination of the beautiful property, comfortable accommodations, great amenities, and especially the outstanding customer service made my stay memorable. Thank you to the entire Grand Bahia team for making my vacation such a wonderful experience. I would definitely love to return!"

"My trip to the moon palace was amazing as I expect it to be. It's my second time back there. And it was that my first time again My no fiancé loved it so much. It was her birthday celebration. And also I proposed to her there. The staffs are lovely, helpful, kind and make you feel at home. It's a beautiful experience"

"The room was nice and breakfast was good. Didn’t use most of the amenities, but I did go to the beach every day I was there. There is supposed to be a shuttle, however it was mostly unavailable. I walked to and from the beach most of my stay which was about 20 mins each way. On one occasion I called for pick up about a hour ahead of time and asked if the driver could pick me up. I was told “I hope so.” The private beach itself is just “okay.” If you’re looking to do any beach activities, this isn’t the hotel for you as they don’t offer any. The bar isn’t really stocked and there’s no bar tender but they do have beer. Overall, I liked the hotel and the unavailability of the beach shuttle was my only complaint."

"A budget hotel that has nice views of the ocean. If you looking for somewhere that has a view then this is perfect. The property could be updated. I believe if they just change the tiling and apply some paint with minor art work and murals that place would be perfect. For now tho if you are on a budget then this is the place."

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. If you’re planning a short trip and want somewhere comfortable to stay, I highly recommend the Sand and Tan beach Hotel. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the parties on the weekend are so much fun. If you’re a young couple or anyone looking to immerse yourself in Jamaican culture with great food and great service, then this is the perfect place for you. It is perfectly situated in Ocho Rios where you can access the great excursions nearby and the staff are all friendly and willing to assist you with anything you need. I will definitely be looking to return in the future."
