「This is a beautiful property. Immaculately kept with beautiful pools and shaded areas. The staff are delightful especially at the restaurant. The check in process is a bit lengthy and officious but fine. Some of the rooms are near the cleaners store and we awoken at 8am with the cleaner banging around. The rooms are well appointed but the pillows are hard. Around the pool there is a smell of the kebab grill which rather detracts from its idyllic nature. They need better ventilation for the...

We drove from Chania to this location and we were happy that we rented a car so that we could drive down to Plakias (6 minutes away) to enjoy the beaches and Taverna’s. This property is in Close proximity to many must see attractions. Kostas was an amazing host. His attention to detail Is amazing and we thank him for a lovely stay. 」

「Palazzo Greco is a set of modern villas with a stunning view and nice location close to several beaches. The units are clean, comfortable, and we were nicely set up with a single villa using the lower level for our two kids. Do sign up for the breakfast---it was delicious, the best we had in Greece. The staff is welcoming and even shows up with tasty treats.」

「This was our 6th trip here, so obviously there is a lot to love. Three times as a couple, this was 3rd with two younger generations. Staff are lovely - although there is a risk of wine recommendations becoming a sales pitch. There are lots more hotel-organised trips available than before. This can provide comfort and confidence to new visitors but you can save money if you choose to arrange them yourself. Pool area is beautifully kept and clean. Personnel vraiment très sympathique et serviable. Petit déjeuner possible à l’hôtel voisin et très bien achalandé. Beaucoup de choses à faire dans les environs. Seul petit bémol: dommage de ne changer les serviettes que tous les 3 jours mais c’est vraiment un détail. Nous reviendrons et nous le conseillons vivement.」
