Well good points. Room was warm, the food was nice. The barman was nice and helpful he even came to room to see if he could get TV working. Bad points. Good hole in wall when you need a bed. Relatively good soundproofing, played music right through the night without issue. Very clean with great modern appliances, well appointed. A stand out for me was the overall guest experience, staff friendly and welcoming, as well as being approachable.
