「Wonderful three night stay. We interacted with multiple staff who were friendly and helpful. We had touring bicycles along and were given a safe place to store our bicycles in the hotel. Staff were never rushed and helped us with multiple questions as we sorted out our departure on a bicycle tour. Our room was beautiful as is the large lobby of the hotel. Location in downtown Minneapolis is great for walking, cycling, and public transit. 」

「One thing I wish could have been different was the breakfast. I wish it was more like a continental breakfast and not like a Starbucks. There should have been traditional breakfast options and it should be included with the purchase of the hotel stay. I wasn’t a fan that we had to pay for the breakfast in addition to the stay. It should be included. 」

「I had a conference at a nearby hotel. When I compared prices, I thought Embassy was a much better deal. My husband tagged along to the conference for fun, so having a suite was much more comfortable for two people for a 5-night stay. Breakfast was amazing--cooked to order omelets, fresh fruit, eggs, hash browns, breakfast meats. Plus, they did free drinks every night from 5-6:30. The bar area was nice so it didn't feel cheap and boring--it felt like a normal nice hotel bar. We had amazing fish...
