「The place of lovely and well organised. My only (important) comment is the contradiction on the hotel.com website page for the property and the automated messaging in respect of available parking. We chose the place because it indicated parking was available on the booking page but then the automated messaging after said it wasn’t. As it happens you can easily park in the neighbourhood paying a most 12USD public parking fee via applepay for 24 hours but we didn’t know that until we arrived and...

「I stayed at this hotel for quite some times and I do not want to switch to other hotels though the price is almost the most expensive one it is.」

「Decor was old Victorian style, very unique. We found our way around the city easily from the hotel. Hotel staff was very helpful, rooms were very clean. Being older I found the bathtubs harder to shower in.」

「The beds and floors needs upgrading for certain rooms. The management was quite good and helped swap rooms but no one wants to pack and unpack! Location is good as it was a quite street and just 10/15 mins walk to Public transport.」

「All staff members are very helpful, great to let us check in early and check out late since we are travelling with my 92 years old mother in law. Good breakfast and the nice room deco.」

「Pretty close to the main square where we met for a lot of our tours. The hotel was nice, just a bit hot. We asked if we could turn the heat down and were told we could from our room, but it never worked so we did have to open the window each night. Also, we didnt realize we were in the center of the “university area” so there was an insane amount of rude kids each day. Overall a great hotel though! 」
