「This is a great property! Close (walking distance) to shopping and restaurants, and an easy on/off the highway. It is bright and clean. I also love that there's a bar and restaurant in the restaurant! I would like to highlight the night front desk gentleman, Mike. The air was not properly working in our room. When I called down to ask about it, he was extremely kind and courteous, came immediately up to our room to check to see if he could get it working. When he could not get it to work...

「Was given incorrect login to room and hotel stay. Host contacted me over 9 hours later, I was force to get a different hotel due to no access into my booked stay . 」

「Very nice and clean rooms. We would definitely stay again but it would be nice to have included breakfast. We sat at the restaurant that's connected for 20 minutes and nobody served us so we left. 」

「The receptionist was wonderful at check in! She gave us ideas on where to go to get the Louisville experience! The breakfast was also quite decent for a hotel! Overall clean place and extremely satisfied. 」

「Decently clean room (some stained linens). I liked the room layout (partition between couch and bed area, vanity separate from rest of bathroom) Staff was ok. A lil snarky when we checked out early (late afternoon not staying the 2nd night) even though I was not asking or expecting a refund One safety concern I had: our room door did not close behind us. At all. Stayed wide open. My husband was unpacking the car while me and the baby played on the bed. I had no idea our room door was wide open....
