「My stay was okay, but this hotel is nowhere near a 5-star standard.
While we were upgraded to a bigger room, the hotel has too many issues to justify its rating or pricing. The first thing I noticed was holes in the towels, something you would never expect at a so-called 5-star property.
On the first night, there was brown water, followed by no water at all for about four hours, which is completely unacceptable.
I also had an unpleasant experience with staff attempting to charge me for a broken...
