The window couldn't be opened, there was no option for fresh scrambled eggs with onions at breakfast, which is a regular menu for me when I travel, and the selection of fruit and fresh vegetables was poor. Overall, the standard was very average to mediocre, but I'd call it a 3-star hotel, maybe 3.5, but certainly not 4."

"Room lovely, staff extremely helpful, great location, good breakfast. Only one down side - the beautiful building at the rear of the hotel was lit up all night. The brightness of the lights outside made it difficult to sleep. Blackout curtains would fix this. "

Balcony faces parking and garbage. No heat and it was 42 degrees outside. Great location, great great city but just a crappy place to stay. "

Very presentable lobby and classy Breakfast Buffet. This place is taken care of and clean. The staff is constantly seen cleaning details. "
