「Amazing ! Relaxing 」

「Reservation made for husband and son based on Expedia reviews 10's with cleanliness and great reviews. Did the pay now and save. Why not looks like a great place. Checked in went up the the room to see how it was and use the bathroom before I left for home, Non smoking waiver signed a $250 charge for smoking and the room smelled of smoke. No shower curtains, no towels, remote didn't work.(remote is the least of my issues). Bathroom floor un- swept. There was no one at the desk when they left....
