Our two night stay was most enjoyable. Accommodations were second to none! Check-in staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. We will strongly consider staying at The Gables again.

Disappointed given the price point

While The Gables was an excellent set up and suited our needs, it was not as clean as it should have been in our estimation such as the dish tray being unclean, hair in the fridge, bathrooms dirty, sheets did not fit the bed in the master bedroom and the dishwasher did not function (did not drain). The broken solar lights on crooked posts leading to the entrance of the unit were less than an inviting welcome.

Working outdoor lights would have been nice the solarpowerlights are not working, way to cheap only very expensive solarpowerlights are working more than a week. More tools for cooking bowl, glasses etc., and we were missing dinner plates only lunch plate were in the Villa. The pool was closed when we arrived should have been open until 15, do not matter we have both pool and spa at home, but you need to inform the customers when they arrive and give a discount or similar. More lights indoor would be nice specially with the beds for reading before bedtime.

Property is in a lovely setting with nice views of the surrounding countryside, and close to everything in the Cavendish region. For ocean views, you will need to drive a few minutes. Suite was spacious and clean, good for a family of four or less. Our suite was starting to show its age a bit, as bathroom exhaust fan was making a disturbing loud noise and there was some evidence of water damage in ceiling. Overall, the property is a decent value for families that want a bit more space and amenities (eg full kitchen, BBQ) than normally offered in hotels.

Great place, great stay, great facility

Great location in a wonderful 2 bedroom full golf suite with 2 bath, LR,DR, full kitchen,covered patio with 6 seat table. Beautiful location, highly recomended. Beds need improving other than that it was excellent

Relaxing Vacation

Great villa, equipped with everything you need. If you are planning to attend a formal event (wedding,etc.) during your stay bring a full length mirror. The only thing missing from the villa. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool house.

The Gables totally exceeded our expectationss. The rooms were very comfortable both with it's furnishings and temperature. They provided us with all the basics we needed for the kitchen. It was truly a home away from home. Would go back in a heartbeat!!!!

Loved this modern villa in PEI

We loved The Gables! It was a modern facility that had everything we could possibly need and more! The only downside was due to how new the property is (and the fact that it is still in the process of being competed). The road and paths are not paved which made driving and bringing in luggage a little difficult. Otherwise everything was perfect and we are excited to see how it grows by the next time we come to visit.

It was a beautiful get away. It was exactly like a home away from home. All the comforts and amenities of home. The stay was like nothing I have ever experienced before. It was one of the best parts of your vacation and it make the vacation easier, more relaxing and more enjoyable. We look forward to returning.
