"Aircon was poor in the room very old unit 28 degrees in this heatwave Check in was slow at 3pm usual rush and only one member of staff despite there being a few around Only one lift out of 6 working I assume i was in the old part and I hope there are plans to renovate"

"A relatively new property. Desk hosts were very friendly. The room clean, the property location good for walking around the wharf. The issue we had was 1) no air conditioning which meant we had to leave windows open and even the door ajar to get a breeze. That led to lots of noise out from the window. ..."
