"The hotel is in a very convenient location for walking around all the different districts downtown. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered several choices ordered from a menu and was served quickly. "

"Clean hotel, nice employees, but there wasn’t a cart to be had for our luggage. I asked for handicap accessibility because my husband is disabled. We were given the room at the very end of the hall. He walks with a cane, but only for a short while. I asked for a wheelchair and was told there wasn’t one at the hotel. The problem was observed by the woman checking us in, but she offered no help. "

"This hotel is our favorite pet-friendly hotel in downtown Durham. During this last visit, I had inadvertently double booked myself a room directly with the hotel and on Expedia. The check-in host was so kind to cancel the room booked directly with the hotel without penalties. I certainly was not expecting that and figured I'd be paying for two rooms due to my oversight. Thank you 21c hotel. That made my day, and I will certainly return. "
