"Nice place to stay with some very nice people. Be careful if you want to dine at one of the optional places. Windows on Aruba told us that there was no special pricing, even though the web site says that there is (as did the concierge). "

"Some rooms are renovated which are much nicer than the older rooms. Food was great at all restaurants and buffets. And the beach was clean white sand and blue waters! Overall I give a four star because of the original room that they tried to give me. I paid for ocean view room but did not receive that originally. Spoke with Kim at the front desk and they resolved it real fast. "

"Pools are great, loved the infinity pool. Towels - you can only get one at a time. Ours got rained on (with everyone else) and the towel woman was not happy that everyone was trying to get dry towels. Since we had a kitchen, we bought fruit to cut up but not with the wooden utensils provided. We got a stainless set from restaurant but only a butter knife and still did not work. "

"Our stay at Eagle Resort was really nice. We have 2 boys- 14 & 16 and the property is very family friendly. My teens were perhaps looking for a bit more action but I was ok with the quieter resort. The cleanliness of this property was exceptional. Every patio and pool was scrubbed daily - staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.Food on site was good, which was an extra bonus as well as happy hour specials. My only minor complaint is that the lobby is quite outdated and does not reflect the calibre of the overall resort. A refresh is in order. Another point is that double beds ( we had 2 in our one bedroom- 2 bedroom suites were sold out) are small for 2 people and the pullout needed a new mattress. But the convince of a full fridge and kitchen facilities was fantastic. I would recommend this property without hesitation. Especially to anyone older or those with younger children. It’s perfect. "Overall the place was great, the staff was amazing. My only complaint was that there was not enough pool or beach chairs for how many guests they accommodate. Also, their restaurant selection isn’t the best but the buffet was great. "

"Expedia was no help to me when my flight was cancelled. I bought travel insurance but they were no help. My honest suggestion would be to just go directly to the resort and inquire with them. I really enjoyed my stay, it was mine and my companions birthday. The room was very clean. The staff were amazing and the inclusive package was exactly what you could imagine. The amenities were all I needed and I only left the resort after the bars closed. I have no complaints other than Expedia customer service and the lack of attention to my insurance claim. Unfortunately I lost a day of my vacation due to annoying airport security and conditions out of my control. Don't make my mistake and put faith in an app and insurance company that doesn't insure. But by all means enjoy the Divi experience. "
