「For one, there was stains all around the comforter. Secondly we couldn’t even use the tv because the volume was stuck on full blast even went we turned it down to 0. Third of all we were unaware they were doing construction at the time. No warning or heads up was given at all. We got woken up very early with banging and drills happening right on top of our room. Lastly we had the cleaning lady trying to enter our room 20 minutes before our check out time. Terrible and uncomfortable stay. I...

「Breakfast was mediocre. Room was clean. Parking is free, so that was good. But very disappointed/upset when I arrived to check in and found out the indoor pool was closed for maintenance. They should have to notify people of this, regardless if it is a third party reservation. I made the reservation at least a month and a half ago. I should have been notified personally, not just them posting it on their website..」
