「Very good quality hotel with nice staff. 」

「The hotel was nice but we wanted to move our stay to a few days before. I accidentally booked for the day we left, rather than the day we came (we only needed a one night accommodation until our Airbnb was ready). The person we spoke to was rude, and said no exceptions and no refunds (we realized 12 days prior, rather than 14 when a full refund would have been given). We tried to change the dates but no rooms were available, then we tried to just cancel one room (we got three) and they were...

「The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time....
