"We had a very enjoyable stay, fabulous amenities, breakfast was really good, plentiful and lots of choice. My only disappointment was after we checked out an hour later I realised I left a personal belongings in the room. I called the hotel and receptionist told me I had to wait until 3pm to get it back. I drove back to the hotel and said surely someone can enter the room and bring it down to me, it will take less than 2 minutes. I waited 30 minutes. The receptionist was being very difficult and claimed she was following protocol. Very disappointing."

"Mostly comfortable. Room size was good. Just a few things can be improved. Shaver powerpoint came off easily. Handle on shower door was loose, for reasons unknown. Beds were easily bumped out of place so the platform could be exposed, which may cause scrapped shins/knees/thighs depending on height of person. Didn't wan to alert staff during stay coz we were just too tired. Parking hopefully can be improved so that picking luggage can be done within the building."
