"Room was clean, breakfast just ok, the check in was messy, someone else was checked into my room under my name....after all I got another room but it took a long time to sort out."

"Staff was very helpful and the hotel's location was very central. 2 minutes walk to central neuss station - next to shopping and eating places. The room sizes are good. These are the good points. The minus point is that the hotel is a bit old. I can see that they are renewing slowly - heaters are renewed, tv is renewed etc. My only complaint was about the pillows. Other than that, good deal for the money"
