"Lovely staff, delicious breakfast and very clean rooms. Some parts of the hotel have been modernised but other parts still need to be done so in places it is a little tired. But in the most part it’s an excellent hotel and the staff and food are incredible."

"I'd never stayed here before but was impressed by the great price and the other reviews I'd looked at when booking. I can honestly say I LOVED my stay there. The bed was very comfortable (I was in an Economy Double Room) and I was pleased it had a walk-in shower (apparently some of the other Economy Doubles have a shower over the bath, which I was glad I didn't have). The complimentary breakfasts were provided as a buffet, and there was a great choice of both continental and hot items. I also chose to have lunch at the hotel on one occasion, and it was very well-prepared and tasty. My main compliment about the hotel has to be the staff, many of whom I believe were Filipino. They were all very friendly, helpful and polite, and the customer service stood out as excellent. My only extremely minor criticism of the hotel is that there's no lift, so if you're on an upper floor and have cases then be prepared for a difficult "lug"! I'm sure the staff would help you if required. Overall though - a solid 5/5 - I'll be back!"
