Очень хорошее место. Отель находится в красивом историческом здании. Обслуживание приятное, вежливое, ненавязчивое. В номере приятно пахло, кровать удобная.

Бронировать этот отель больше не буду

Очень вежливый и приятный персонал, хорошее распложение прям на Невском возле метро, но в то же время в отеле было спокойно и тихо. Но! Номер был очень не комфортный, ничего не продумано до конца, даже стакана для зубных щёток не было в ванне. Кровать, постельное бельё, полотенца никуда не годяться. Покрывало грязное, всё в каких то пятнах. Грязно и неуютно. Протерла пол кабины для душа, бумажка была чёрная! Вода в кабине не проходила, сказала персоналу на следующий день исправили. У меня даже была мысль идти искать другой отель, но ситуацию спасли вежливый персонал, спасибо им за это! И ещё конечно лестница на последний этаж в отель конечно жесть! Если много вещей и тяжелые то это конечно плохой вариант. Не смотря на такое хорошее расположение и вежливый персонал, останавливаться здесь больше не буду. Общее настроение поездки этот отель мне к сожалению испортил.

Ну так.....

Остановились в этом отеле . В описании было написано -вид на Невский . По итогу вид был на разрушенный дом . Пришлось доплачивать . За двое суток вначале отдали 3800 потом ещё плюс 1600 чтобы вид был на Невский. Тапочки были платные, полотенца белые , но все в пятнах. В конце первого дня перестала работать канализация и мы ходили купаться в соседний номер. Переезд нам не предложили . Сказали что ремонтник приедет через 2 часа , так и не приехал до нашего отъезда на следующие сутки. Самое приятное в отеле , это расположение . Вход в отель прям напротив станции метро и всё рядом.
