excellente situation pour explorer St Petersburg; personnel très aimable et serviable ; chambres très fonctionnels , modernes et d'une propreté exemplaire. petit inconvénient : si vous souhaitez prendre le petit déjeuner , il faut sortir 200m de l hôtel ( nous étions là en plein hiver , donc pas tafé pratique) Vraiment à conseiller!!!

Rapport qualité prix excellent.

Superbe hôtel, bien placé. Personnel très gentil, accueillant et disponible. Le seul point « négatif » c’est que les chambres ne sont malheureusement pas assez insonorisées. Mais sinon tout était parfait. Le petit plus : kit brosse à dent, kit rasage, kit coton tiges & cotons, peignoir et chausson d’hôtel.

Hidden Gem

Very good location, located centrally on the canal near Nevsky Prospekt. Comfortable, quiet and spacious rooms, fully equipped with bathroom and kitchen amenities. Friendly and welcoming receptionists. Lovely building with old maps and photos in the corridors. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The hotel est particularly well located ! Very close to Nevsky or Rubistein Street where you can find a wide variety of quite good restaurants or bars. The Hotel is quiet and really clean. I was really delighted by people who work there : really nice people, totally fluent in English. I would maybe go back in this hotel for a next trip in St Petersbourg.

This hotel is not 4 star level in many aspects. . I prepaid 5700rub/night by hotels.com, and i got assigned a dark room with a parking lot faced window as a comfort studio room. As I want a river side view room, hotel asked me for extra charge >6100rub/night, in total >11000 rub/night.. I as a first visitor to Russia complained this double priced overcharge, front desk lady said it is a busy tour season in a very straightforward!! But hotels.com as a irresponsible platform provider hook lambs of only 2200 rub/night. Can you believe it? please welcome only when you want to get heavily ripped off with 5 times higher price and feel scared at unfamiliar place. Be Careful and Good Luck for pleasant trip

Nice cozy hotel apartments.

It was a nice cozy stay. The hotel is located on Fontanka river embankment. The rooms were tidy and a bit too smaller than expected. The service was just about okay. The AC wasn't fully working however we managed to survive as most of the day we were out and at night it did get cooler, though it was still much hotter than we had expected St. Petersburg to be. Wish the hotel was closer to a Metro or even the main Novesky Prospect street, although it was about 7-10 min walk only, we were spoilt by our earlier stay in Moscow where we had the metro bang opposite out hotel. The apartment/ studio rooms had most neceseery things although felt too cramped because of shape and size of room.

Great venue

Very good location. Nice comfortable, clean and well furnished. Nice view and staff. Thought it would be more like a hotel but it’s actually studio apartments with a front desk and room cleaning service. But it was really great and will definitely recommend.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern in sehr guter Lage mitten in Sankt Petersburg. Viele Restaurants und Cafes in unmittelbarer Nähe laden zu einem Besuch ein. Einzig der Straßenlärm bei Zimmern im Erdgeschoss zur Straße hin könnte etwas stören.

Hôtel bien situé le long du canal Fontanka avec station de bateau au pied de l'hôtel, à 1 pont de Nevski Prospekt (Champs Elysées locaux), à 8-10 mn à pied d'une station de métro. Personnel adorable et attentionné, parlant anglais. Chambres rénovées récemment et propres. Le petit déjeuner se prend à l'hôtel d'en face le Rossi. Vue sur le canal ou sur la cour pour être au calme car la rue est très passante.

This hotel is located in an historic building, yet the interior is modern and new, and is within walking distance of most attractions. The ladies on the front desk were VERY helpful and friendly and there to make your stay a pleasant experience

Location is great but it’s definitely not 4 stars hotel. There is couple of rooms located on a first floor 2 meters from reception... You will hear all check in and check out conversations+learn all tour instructions lying on your bed:-) Also it was very cold. We turned on AC +29 but it doesn’t work:-( There is no elevator. They will tell you that there is only 2 floors but same time with us couple of older people (60 -65 years old) with suitcases was checked In and staff even didn’t try to assist them (4 stars hotel!!!). One more specific of this place - even if you book double room (King or Queen bed) don’t forget to mention second person even if booking website shows you same price. If not, they will charge you extra;-)

hotel molto comodo, in 10 minuti a piedi dalla prospettiva e vicini a locali. camere completamente ristrutturate con arredamento moderno, letto molto grande e comodo, camera tripla con poltrona letto un pò scomoda. dotate di piccola cucina con lavandino e microonde. Bagno pulitissimo, nuovo, moderno, con doccia in vetro, accessoriato di tutto. Unica nota negativa pareti in cartongesso, si sentono i rumori dalle altre stanze (ma ci stanno lavorando x migliorare). Non è possibile fare colazione in hotel. personale molto gentile (che parla anche inglese), ci hanno aiutato nelle prenotazioni di ristoranti, ci hanno stampato le carte di imbarco e tenuto i bagagli il giorno della partenza senza problema.Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, sicuramente ci tornerei.

Nice and cozy hotel

Easy to walk to the main attractions. Near the river which you can enjoy the view. Staffs are very helpful. We lost our luggage when we fly to St Peterburgs , staffs help us to call the company and finally we get back our luggage. Thanks soooo much!!!!
