Right on the beach. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath, was more then enough room. The staff went out of their way to help and answer all questions before and during the stay.

The Great: The views were breathtaking. The apartment is bigger than my 3 bedroom house. Full amenities, so was just like being home. The pool was superb, and the access to the beach was amazing. Suggestions: Notification in the room that the laundry room provides beach towels, coffee, water, other necessities and that there are beach chairs available for use and their location. Either have the gas grills be gas or get actual charcoal grills. The only drawback: The beds are too soft, and the queen had the 'roll to the middle' effect. Overall, this place was amazing and a great value. We will definitely be back.

I would love to have given an “Excellent” rating. The location is perfect. Unfortunately, the unit had mold throughout. The ceilings around every AC vent showed mold and the bathroom was covered. It’s unfortunate bc the unit was super nice but hard to enjoy when the kids did nothing but cough while inside. I emailed the front desk 2x before writing this review in hopes of remedying the situation but I received no response!

The location of the place is awesome. The heated pool is also great. 83 degrees in 50 degree weather. The unit itself is in need of some TLC. The coffee maker does not work correctly, the ice maker on the property does not work nor in the unit. The sliding doors and windows need to be changed to energy conservation and noise resistant because the sound of cars goes right through in the middle of the night. The sliding doors get stuck and are really dirty at the base and the carpet in the balcony area also needs to be replaced.

Our stay at the property was wonderful! Very clean, close to the beach and quiet. There's not a lot within walking distance, so plan on transportation. Vacation club presentation was optional, so didn't go but everyone was still very nice. Kids enjoyed the water park passes and water park was only a 5 min drive. We would definitely stay there again! Only requested improvement would be blackout curtains for bedrooms.

Check in was at a completely separate location with no signage at the rental property or email to indicate where to check in. Had to ask a guest already staying at the rental property. Same happened to myself during my stay with another incoming guest

Check in was bizarre. We planned to stay for 11 days. But check in was 5miles north of the property. The young women at the desk did not know north from south and could need give directions to her locations. Yet, her office was next to a highly visible Holiday Inn that could have been identified as a landmark. The real agenda for the office was to sell condos. No one was present on site on Saturday to help or explain the resort. Then we were required to pay four nights penalty for leaving early. There reception desk did not inform us of the penalty on check in. Beware!!!!!

I wasn’t expecting to hear a speech about a 2 hour seminar to buy property when I was checking in. The pictures made it appear we had our own balcony. We had an outdoor space right by the stairs. We felt very uncomfortable having our curtains open to view the gulf because anyone using the stairs could see into our place. The place was fairly clean except for the bathroom. Water flooded the living room when it rained. We were on the second floor and could hear the guests upstairs. We had a hard time sleeping because of this. This is a non smoking property yet staff was sitting by the office door smoking a cigarette. There was a lot of trash around the property as well.

First of all I chose this specific property vs another similar rental because the description stated that it is sound proof (that was important to us because there are several apartments in one building, and we have a small baby who cries a lot, and also we don't like to be disturbed by neighbors sounds in late evening or early morning). I can say that it is not 100% sound proof, because I did hear a baby crying one floor below us, but it was very faint sound, much better than a regular wall in my own house. I would choose this location again just for those thick walls. Second thing I want to add, that was mentioned by other reviewers, the view from the third floor where the one bedroom units are, is amazing. The kitchen sink is facing the big slide door, so I could view the Gulf while working in the kitchen. It was really nice to sit out on the balcony (it is shared with another unit, each has it's furniture). The outdoor furniture is very sturdy and comfortable. The balcony floor has carpet, and I kind of iked it, because we had a crawling baby. The apartment was clean, everything pretty new condition. One thing I kind of hated was the fact that the washer and dryer we're down on ground level. I would highly recommend putting in a compact laundry set by the dining table and bathroom. TO CHECK IN

Night Under the Stars

I flew into Clearwater to celebrate my 60th birthday and for a medical consultation. My plane left Denver late. As a result, I got to the property after the rental office had closed. I was unable to get into my condo. I spent the night in my car. So why I am giving this Hotel and staff an enthusiastic thumbs up after "my night in the stars?" The next day, Mariah S went into action. She made sure I received a superb condo and also made sure I had help with my luggage. I was diagnosed with Stage Three Multiple Myeloma Cancer in 2016. I was told I would only live for a maximum of 29 months. The cancer has attacked my spine, so technically I am handicapped. However, I am mobile. I will have a procedure on my spine soon. I shared this with Mariah, and she made sure that I had help during my stay. She informed me of the Water Park I could use for water therapy. I did go to the park. Let me be honest, it is my birthday. One I was told I would never see. I enjoyed the great rum drinks at the bar in lieu of water therapy. I do not regret my choice. My medical consultation has been delayed. I will return soon, and I know where I will be staying. The Hotel Manager was also helpful. He answered all of my questions and made sure I could use the Waterpark as a Hotel guest for my entire stay. Bill, the concierge, was also superb. He recommended the Columbia restaurant for my solo birthday celebration. One word, BRAVO. S.R. Herron

la propiedad tiene cosas buenas y malas, bueno, nos dejaron entrar antes de hora, la propiedad esta bien distribuida y tiene la piscina y la playa ahi mismo, tienes toallas de playa, cafe, hielo, agua para todo la estancia, tiene secador de pelo, toallas, jabon ,shampo y en la cocina utensilios para cocinar, cafetera con cafe vasos y platos, diswasher, no puedo decir lo mismo de la limpieza, nos entregaron la propiedad poco limpia, en el baño del cuarto master habia pelos en la bañadera y restos de comida detras de la puerta del cuarto, la bañadera del otro baño estaba con basura, el tragante del lavamanos del baño comun esta medio tupido, solo pudimos ver el tv de la sala, los otros no tenían coneccion, las sillas del comedor algunas tienen el respaldar partido, si tuviera mejor mantenimiento seria un lugar de ensueño para unas vacaciones

Disappointing

The apartment was dirty overall. Shower grout was moldy and shower door rusty. The tile floors were sticky and you could visibly see dirt build-up in the corners and edges. AC filter was disgusting. The sliding glass doors to the patio would hardly open and were extremely difficult to get closed and locked again. The vertical blinds were inoperable and at least 6 were missing. There was no way to get fresh towels. The pictures online did not match what we got. Extremely disappointing. Other than all that, the location was great and beach/ pool were wonderful. Could be great if they just put a little effort into cleaning and maintenance.

Property was steps from the beach. We stayed in a 3 room condo and it was equipped with everything we needed. Lots of places to eat in the area and very little crowds on this section of the beach. Hotel provides beach towels, chairs and plenty of sand toys and water toys were available for use.

Stay in this clean condos for 3 nights. Location is excellent, direct access to beach, restaurants and grocery stores are minutes away. Free cold water bottles and hot coffee all day. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel management is great. They found and shipped my backpack that I left behind to my home right after I called them. Highly recommended to anyone visiting this area. I will definitely come back.
