When you stay here you are staying for the location and the views. This property needs an update, but the new owners are already planning updates. The staff are wonderful and super helpful and help make this a place you want to stay. You can’t beat the views or the location.

Great views and location

Great location and definitely great views. We didn’t get in till midnight but Denise made sure to put our keys in the lockbox and even turned on the lights inside our place to make sure we’re not going into a dark room. We had a the studio style and it was a lot of space for my husband and I. Full kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. I’d definitely stay there again.

Old but charming

Amazing view from our balcony. Nice pool and grill/picnic area. Great location. The rooms are old and need renovation which they are doing. Staff was friendly and helpful. All in all we enjoyed our stay. When the renovations are completed this will be a great place to stay.

My second time here and I loved it, the room was very clean and comfortable. We were very happy with this place and the staff are very friendly. The clean lady was a sweetheart. Ok, so yes this property is a little dated...but who comes here to stay in their room all day anyhow?? The location and views from the room are amazing! The best part of this place is the amazing staff here! They are beyond accommodating and are more than willing to help with anything you could possibly need. We got locked out of our room after hours on a saturday and they came to our rescue!

View is amazing and just walk over the bridge and you are at John's pass Nice pool and hot tub Unfortunately with no staff after 5 guests are free to be as drunk as they want We didn't get to sleep until 3 every night I did notify staff in the mornings and they did seem to take it seriously but it continued the whole trip The room is very outdated like the other reviews say but the view made up for it

Wonderful view and area. Friendly staff. Refrigerator did not work. Had to throw half of our groceries out and buy ice every day. That was a hassle for a vacation meant to be hassle free and relaxing.

The location was perfect. We booked for 3 people but when we arrived there wasnt any bedding or pillow for the pull out bed. Thank goodness there were towels as thats what our daughter used for bedding the first night. The room was dirty and the bed was the worst. With the location if the bed was comfy I would concider staying again. Considering its way outdated, even if the beds were just updated it would go along way.

Great location/Dirty room

The room was dirty and old. Luckily I had taken a blanket we slept in top of the bed. The bathroom was so dirty I wouldn’t even shower. I used the shower out by the pool but it was freezing. When we checked on the guy who helped us was really really nice! We didn’t notice how dirty the run was until after he had left for the night. The location was amazing! Right by the bridge where you can walk to restaurants and Johns Pass. The beach was beautiful with all the boats coming and going.

Make sure you don’t mess up on your dates. They will not refund you even if you reach out weeks ahead and when you arrive that you will be leaving early. Even a day early. The balconies are slim and can’t put a chair straight on the 6th floor but the view is incredible. It has character due to its age but they are updating it. Pool is not heated and whirlpool is mediocre. But the benefits of the area outweigh all the negative. Have stayed here multiple times without any problems. Lots of fun just over the bridge.

All sheets and towels had what appeared to be blood stains, bathroom had mold, sliding balcony doors did not lock and one did not open well, tv did not work, ac did not work. Was told we could get clean linens as needed but when we asked we were told to throw them in the dryer vs giving us clean linens. Great view though!

The only thing good about this property is the location and scenery. In all my years of traveling I have never encountered a more dilapidated property. The unit is decades old and very depressing All metal in the place is rusted. Can’t hardly open sliders. Closet doors are rusted open. They give you a double bed that you roll to the center. It bounces and squeaks. It’s bad that the owners will not update but keep renting it out. Not to mention the very high square bathtub that you have to climb to get to an old shower

Don’t. Do. It.

I read the reviews. Mostly they were saying dated but clean…. And I'm ok with dated but clean. But, this was dated and dirty. I kept telling myself it was ok, because the beach and views were amazing. I swept when I got there and sprayed Lysol everywhere, told my kids to stay off the floor and keep their shoes on. Still trying to make the best of it. Then we go to leave for dinner on day two and my husband can’t find his wallet anywhere. It just disappeared from our room. Trip was over after that, zero enjoyment for anyone.
