Your the best. A guy that I’d consider classy. You know we can never please everyone but I think we do a darn good job of trying. I never thought when I got into this business that I’d have my business reviewed based off my lifestyle. That’s right people will make up things bout the business to somehow try and hurt us. Well here’s what I say to people reading the reviews. Pay close the majority. As my favorite judge on tv says. Judge Judy. If it doesn’t make sense then it’s probably not true. Come back anytime and I say this as much as I can but book on the hotels website. Lowest rates. I should say this. I’m in no way saying we are perfect or the biggest fanciest place but what we are is a place that cares, spotless clean and our beds are amazing. We also have a nice continental Breakfast , all the needed beach essentials free of charge. No hidden fees and a whole lotta love. Thanks so much again . Stay classy!

I’d like to first apologize for the music. Eric had a migraine Nd fell asleep. So sorry for that. Although I did go into the room and had the volume where we keep it and I could barely hear it but we all have our levels. Now as far as not getting you in on time I’m confused by. 1pm is not our check in time. It’s 3 pm. So sorry we couldn’t get you in as early as you expected. You guys seemed to enjoy the property so I hope you give us another chance next time you visit. Thanks for the review. 😊

Hi I’m glad you decided to go to leaving a review because I’d like to respond. We just remodeled the room you checked into . We had a pooling on the one side of the shower which literally was fixed with two hours of your departure. It was a easy fix but obviously didn’t run the shower long enough to take notice. We don’t have poor drainage at all. There was no glee involved. You gave me barely a chance to even respond. I was going to move you to a suite. That’s 500 sq feet for your issue. You didn’t even look . You assumed wrong. We give more than any hotel on this island and for your deeply discounted room of 104$ during season even that room was a steal. We gave a fully functioning ice machine . You didn’t ask or take the time to look. Had you acted even the slightest like you were willing to try I wasn’t going to just hand you’d refund back. I would have given had you tried to even look at the other room. Every person since you left has been elated with that room at 200$ a night . It’s beautiful. Nicely decorated and spotless . Sometimes I’d like to be able to review the customer . We give more for the money than any hotel on this beach and probably why we are number one . Listen had you given so would I but at that rate and the fact that you just left without a minute to spare you didn’t even given me but I think ten words. I had been up the night before making certain that room was special and it is. If you look in almost all of my ads I mention smaller rooms . Tiny is a stretch . It has a queen bed and a nice 50 inch tv and also a mini sofa for added comfort . Again at 104$ a night. We have no issues here. Our property is in top notch condition which is few and far between in this beach. Did I mention spotless . So here’s what I’d like. Call me and let’s talk refund but let’s not go in my main source of income to try and damage my reputation because we are lying to get people in. Give me a break for real. That’s nonsense and you know it. I think you would have been extremely happy had you just taken a deep breath and listened . We take extreme pride in this property and it shows. Sure we don’t have huge rooms. Never claimed it. But for the value on the benefits along with a impeccable environment it’s a bargain. Not to mention that the rooms are adequate for a beach stay. No rooms on this beach are huge. That I promise . It’s impossible to have them as it’s not cost effected for all of us. All I ask from my customers is to be given the chance to fix a woe. This is not going to ruin me by a long shot but I refuse to just say sorry and please come back. I’m honest . So yes buyer beware. Beware of the faulty line you were just fed by a guy whom refuses to be helped. We have ice. We have sparkling clean water . We gave a impeccable past . We are 110% worth every dime. We give you spotless clean sanitized rooms. We give you a nice breakfast in the am. All the ice you need and service with a smile. Oh and our beds are amazing. So look at the 9

thanks for reviewing but I'm confused by the kid thing because we just recent made this switch and I've only had like 2 sets of kids that were older and well behaved and barely ever here. so I'm perplexed on that. I think you were here during the night that I was rushed to the emergency room as I had a severe muscle spasm all over my body. poor Eric was so exhausted that he over slept. I thought I apologized in person. sorry we've never had It happen. I think he still got it out by 9am. I would have gladly paid what you bought, I thought I remember you praising things so I hate you felt different. come back if this way. ill do my best to make your stay better.

Sometimes your not a five. I’ll accept that gracefully lol we try to do our best. I guess you felt it wasn’t quite a five and you know after years of doing this I realize. Your never gonna please them all fully. But I know this. Your beds are perfect clean, your room is sanitized beyond any other hotel and we do our best to feed you something to start the day.
