「Extremely disappointing experience – definitely not 5-star quality This hotel is supposedly a 5-star property, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what you would expect from a hotel of this category. The room was extremely dirty and unpleasant, and we even found pests inside. What was particularly disappointing was the way the staff handled the situation. Despite bringing the pest issue to their attention, there was no proper response or serious effort to address the problem....

「A good place to stay but not so good for people with mobility issues as it’s quite steep to some of the rooms. Only had one hot shower during the week, but we didn’t complain so not sure if they were even aware. We didn’t use the facilities as we had friends staying in a different hotel in Krana but they looked good and were being used by others. Too many kids for our liking but we were still in the school holidays so to be expected. Would definitely stay here again」

Man konnte schöne lange Bahnen schwimmen.
