"Excellent view. Right on the water. The cleaning staff were completely on top of everything. Quiet place. One issue - we reached out 3 separate times in advance of our stay as we had a few questions and while we were able to reach on 2 occasions a live agent and on the third time left a vm message, no one returned our calls. The live voice agent was not able to answer our questions and despite saying she would have someone call us back, no one did."
"There is much to like about this hotel. The biggest problems are not minor: (1) the beds are rock hard (cheap matresses), (2) cheap sheets and towels (my wife commented on the lack of comfort of these). Otherwise...all good."
"Great price, great location. I had a trailer with my car and a dog.
I had no issues at all, beds were clean and comfortable. Parking space is a bit limited."
"This place has everything to offer for a nice relaxing and very rejuvenating experience. Beautiful lakeside ambience with nice Muskoka chairs to enjoy the big fire pit Nice dinning area"
