「Staff were absolutely incredible. Dianna on reception was courteous, polite and ever so helpful. Thank you for making me feel like home during my stay. Dianna and her amazing team even helped out by washing and drying some clothing. Mid way through my work trip it was as a relief to know I had clean business and personal clothing. The young bar staff were also very kind and welcoming. 」

「We were apprehensive on registration and climbing some rather steep stairs to the 3rd level, over worn carpets, beside cracked walls to arrive at a wonderful, spotless and comfortable room with a perfect bathroom, huge balcony with views over the marshes. Excellent breakfst to order - the only disappointment was "kippers" was just one - but then I am greddy!」
