「Lovely flat with great river front location. There were a couple of minor glitches as the flat had not been used for a few months, but Vanessa, our outstanding host, attended to them immediately and effectively. I am planning a return visit to Bordeaux next year and will definitely try to stay here again. 」

「A little bit showing it’s age and therefor shabby. Bits of wood falling off in the kitchen, sofa springs at the end of their life, fuse box buzzing annoyingly, water pressure low. But then there were things that were just poor. Poor design, thoughtless. Like TVs that are rediculously high on the wall, mirrors that are too low, shower doors so big so that its a pain to get in and out of the bath, blackout curtains that don’t actually blackout because they have been mounted poorly and let in...
