「Had to remind staff to clean room every other day. Our door was left open when we came back from our day out. Told desk and she said she would talk to the general manager, didn’t hear anything from them. The water stunk of supper smell, unable to drink it. Told three staff, nothing was said, not even offering bottled water. Told hot coffee and water was available 24/7 it was always cold. The fridge froze every thing solid in our room. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t lock, handle was broken....

「I like rain very much. My room is on the second floor. When it rains, I can hear the sound of raindrops falling on the roof, which is very helpful for sleeping. I like this sound very much. The transportation is convenient, the main road is when you go out, and there is a beach nearby, which is quite good.」
