We would like our money back. No keys, backed up shower, no amenities.. Manager said not enough staff. She is having to work now by helself until Thuesday with out proper staffing. Feel bad for her.

The hotel is usually quiet and it has a quiet modern decor, lobby with plenty of seating, complimentary water & coffee, ...amazing staff, very large rooms that are clean & neatly arranged. With coffee maker & mini frig, only microwave is in the lobby.. It has exercise room and banquet room. I would stay here again and I would recommend it.

Stayed for a night during an unexpected layover. No airport shuttle, so uber was an added cost. The sheets, towels and pillowcases were slightly stained and dingy. There were no bugs. Comfy bed, warm shower, It was easy to book and the receptionists were very kind during check in and check out. It was definitely nothing fancy, but perfect for a quick layover.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was told they didn’t have that available and was given a room with One king bed. The room wasn’t cleaned properly and sheets seemed dirty.

When we arrived, the hotel was vacant. They had not open for occupancy until inspection can be completed signs posted all over the doors and windows. No one answered the hotels email or phone number.

Hotel.com booked my trip for 2/14-2/16 in advance without knowing that the hotel was shut down.I arrived at 2:45 pm ready to check in and was met by yellow no occupancy stickers on the door and a notice to contact management.The management gave no explanation and told me to deal with the matter through your website.I am so glad I didn't use the option to pay in advance for the full stay or I would've been out of money and had a horrible Valentine's Day experience.I ended up finding a much nicer hotel in the area on short notice.However,I paid $10.00 for an added layer of insurance protection and I need it back.

Overall my stay was good; the front desk staff was really nice but the only thing that really didn't sit well with me was they there was literally no hot water. That's not the fault of the front desk of course but that did have an impact on my rating.
