"Had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was great. They were able to upgrade my room to a higher floor with a perfect view of the Arch! Only one complaint, only 2 elevators were working on our side of the building and it took a long time to come downstairs ..."

"The pool was sooo dirty couldn't see the bottom. Sooo many kids in the hot tub it wasn't usable. The bathroom in the room was really small."

"The breakfast buffet and omelet station was excellent, however, the one thing that I would suggest is that you try to keep the floors in the restaurant cleaner. They were quite sticky both mornings and I came down to breakfast at the beginning of each service."
