Durante la estancia hemos tenido acompañantes en casa llamadas cucarachas, al llegar habían varias muertas y los días siguientes las veíamos por el apartamento y por el edificio. La presión del agua era muy pobre.

Appartement sale et inconfortable

Appartement qui n'a pas été entretenu depuis des années. Salle de bain sale à notre arrivée, la baignoire à la limite de l'insalubrité est très angoissante. La cuisine est quasi-inutilisable, très difficile de se préparer à manger. Heureusement les chambres étaient fonctionnelles et les lits étaient corrects, avec tout de même une grande luminosité et le bruit des rues animées toute la nuit. Passable pour un court séjour à Malte, déconseillé pour les familles ou les couples.

I cancelled my booking but still i was charged.dye to the staff are disgusting and the place is rubbish. From 4 PM and overnight no reception??? If you come late you have to get your key to the other building a sister company??? What if something happens at night????

I liked the value of the property...But I didnt like the area because it was very noisy. Many of the things inside the room were broken. It didn't have any view, the cleanliless was moderate and it didn't have even soap.

Poca organizzazione

Arrivati al check in la reception non aveva la nostra prenotazione e quindi l'appartamento non era disponibile. Ci hanno sistemato in un altro appartamento che non era come quello prenotato in cui non andava il tv non si chiudeva la finestra e uni dei due ascensori nn funzionava e ogni volta era una lotta per scendere o salire. Abbiamo cercato altri hotel ma nn erano disponibili e alla fine ci siamo dovuti accontentare

Piacevole

Primo impatto non felice. Chiavi camera sbagliate,sostituzione della stessa con altra da non commentare. Giorno dopo,grazie alla signora Gertrude tutto si è sistemato. Soddisfatto,piacevole soggiorno. Ritornerò e mi auguro di essere accolto dalla stessa signora. Pulizia da migliorare un po’ . Nel complesso,ne è valsa la pena!!!

Cuando llegamos después de esperar dos horas para hacer el check in nos dieron la llave de la habitación , entramos y no estaba hecha. Un carro de la compra con sábanas, un cubo de la fregona camas sin hacer... daba pena. Aunque hubiese estado limpio la verdad es que no lo recomiendo, tenia muy mala pinta. Nos quejamos y nos dieron una habitación en otro apartamento que estaba algo mejor. Lo único bueno la localización

We were looking for some basic accommodation were we could cook meals for children. And we had what we were looking for. However, we were disappointed with overall amenities and lack of organised service. We had to complain about it to get our needs attended. Rooms were faulty and outdated. But staff are nice.

Dirty, some fixtures and fittings broken, some lights not working, plugs with big black marks on the socket, terrible shower, room door lock almost impossible to turn. No staff around even though sign said they were on 4th floor (which you couldnt get to). All of this applies to the secobd room as i was given, the first was even worse.

Told no rooms at the dragonara when we arrived!

Moved to belavista down the road filthy! No rooms at dragonara. Dragonara is advertised but you don't stay there you stay at belavista all owned by the same people! Diety mattresses, sheets, towels and apartment. Lock on door was hit and miss as to whether it would lock or unlock. Excuses from the so called manager as to why all of the above. Spoiled our holiday!

ORRIBILE, UNA SCHIFEZZA.

Abbiamo soggiornato per cinque giorni in questa struttura, si presenta dall’esterno come un palazzo abbastanza fatiscente, ma il bello arriva una volta entrati .Giá l’ascensore traballante che puzzava terribilmente di muffa è stato un presagio di quello che sarebbe stata la camera.Sporca,maleodorante,con una cucina a dir poco mal attrezzata e non pulita da non so quanti mesi. Vasca da bagno piena di terra,asse del bagno staccata che si muoveva e letti gialli e macchiati.non abbiamo mai visto nemmeno un membro del personale e,nè lenzuola nè asciugamani ,sono stati cambiati durante il soggiorno.Il colmo è stato che entrambi abbiamo avuto problemi a respirare a causa dell’aria viziata della stanza. unica nota positiva è la zona,ma quanto meglio sarebbe stato alloggiare in un posto un po’ più periferico e dormire tranquilli.

Struttura lasciata a se stessa, spazzatura e scarafaggi morti per le scale, non si sa a chi rivolgersi in caso di bisogno, l'appartamento aveva la cucina in condizioni disastrose, ovunque la toccavi era appiccicosa. I letti con i materassicon le molle che ti entrano nella schiena... Senza parole

Místo dvoulůžkového apartmánu jsme měli 5ti lůžkový, takže jsme celou dobu nevěděli, zda tam ještě nebude někdo ubytovaný. Špatná Wi-fi, recepce za celou dobu nebyla otevřená, uklízelo se (za 14 dnů) pouze jednou a to cca 10 hodin před naším odjezdem - tudíž v ten moment již zbytečně převléknuté postele a provedný úklid. Odpadky se odkládaly na chodbu, které tam třeba 2 dny byly, aniž by je někdo vynesl, WC papír a pytle na odpadky nebyly nikde k dispozici, část apartmánů se zřejmě rekonstruovala, tudíž od rána do večera byl velký pracovní hluk a prach.

Questo hotel è buono per famiglie e o giovanissimi. In ogni caso la appartamento è privo di attrezzature...TV.... Fon.. ferro stiro.... Ma la cosa peggiore... è stata la pulizia..... Personale gentile e a modo. Grazie di tutto.

appartamento spazioso ma da ristrutturare

Appartamento povero di accessori Phon mancante , saponi e bagnoschiuna solo per una persona e non per 4 che avevamo soggiornato, detersivi mancanti, Fornetto elettrico guasto il primo giorno, carenza di prese elettriche . Tenda rotta in una stanza, cattivo odore appena arrivati .All'arrivo le asciugamani erano per tre persone anzichè per 4. Una tovaglia era non lavata o lavata male con macchie rosse , due cuscini senza fodera senza possibilità di avere assistenza sul posto dato che la reception non era funzionante 24 h su 24.
