「The breakfast and the staff was Perfect」

「À mon arrivée, l’hôtel avait perdu ma réservation. Attente de 45 minutes dans le hall pour finalement avoir une chambre. Au check-out ils ont demandé un montant d’argent à ma conjointe en disant qu’on avait pas payé la chambre au complet mais pourtant j’avais payé via Expédia. Après 10 jours de notre séjour, je n’ai toujours pas récupéré mon dépôt de 250$ sur la chambre alors je devrai appeler pour savoir pourquoi c’est aussi long」

「La chambre était très humide et elle sentait l'humidité énormément. La piscine était propre et la vue très belle, ce sont les deux seuls points positifs. L'établissement manque beaucoup d'amour. Je n'y retournerais pas!」
