The bathroom was immaculate with strong water flow and all the essentials ready to use. Even the little details, like fresh slippers and working remotes, were taken care of. What impressed me most was how genuinely attentive the staff were. Every request I made was met quickly and with a smile, which made my stay feel effortless and stress-free. "My go to hotel in Angeles City. The hotel is modern and the room i stayed was so clean and comfortable. Staff on hand 24 hrs. Both pools were amazing. Walking distance to the mall and the famous red street. I believe this was my 4th or 5th stay. Ill be back next year."

"I had a terrible experience at Belajandro Hotel. I booked my stay through Expedia, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed they had no record of my reservation. They placed the blame on Expedia, but having worked in the hotel industry myself, I know this was likely due to their failure to properly update their system and manage availability. I was traveling with luggage, a baby, and a child, and this situation was incredibly stressful. I had to wait three exhausting hours to sort out alternative arrangements on my own. While the hotel did eventually offer other accommodations, the overall experience was very poor and far from acceptable."

"Nice space if your the only guest booked in. But the place will seems to be a bit crowded if the place will have another 3 to 4 guests booked in. Its a good thing we are the only guest time that's why we enjoyed the place. Not to mention the owner and the caretaker is very nice too."
