"We have stayed at the Park Taipei multiple times since 2024, and it never disappoints. Its location is extremely convenient, close to multiple forms of transportation. An entrance to the Red MRT line sits at the entrance to the hotel. Proximity to Xinyi Road also guarantees access to multiple bus lines. Taxis abound. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the superior room with a seating area gives a next level of comfort at nominal additional cost. The service at the hotel is exemplary and embodies the best of Taiwanese standards of hospitality. The staff are kind and professional, always eager to help. We purchased some freshly made Taiwanese dumplings that required storage in a freezer, and were delighted when the reception immediately and agreeably satisfied our request. This is truly above and beyond."

"Hotel is old and rundown not at all a five star experience. You cannot control the AC, it’s a fixed temperature. We had engineers and housekeeping coming. They pretended it was fine but it never got below 23C. Staff seemed sterile and clinical in your dealing, but also seemed a little bit terrified at the same time. The one bright spot was the housekeeper who was cheery and very helpful."
