「It seems the hotel is short staffed. Many times, if you need assistance from the front desk, you have to go to the bar or restaurant to get help. Our phone in the room was not working (we can answer but can't call out) and the support staff will come the next day to fix it (by then, we have checked out).」

「We originally booked an ocean view tent but were asked if we would mind taking an upgrade in an ocean view villa as the owner was away and the tents were not prepared for guests. We were fine with either option. The villa was clean, private and well appointed. The view was stunning. We did not meet any staff so cannot comment. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook a meal. The only issue was the water conservancy. I understand tank water conservancy and have lived on tank water before, but...
