Cleaning staff arrived promptly and did an excellent job. Only minor criticism was cooked breakfast was served whilst I was eating first course which meant I had to eat quickly or risk food being cold. That said, food was delicious. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.」

「Room smelled pungently of mildew. When I told the staff they said they’d have to do a better job of cleaning. We left several days ago and everything in my suitcase, including all my clothes, still have that mildew smell. Quiet setting. Large rooms but had no way to air out except for a tiny window 18x8 that partially opened. Luckily it was cool weather. Pub was cute and food including breakfast was good.」

「My stay at Craig-y-Dderwen Riverside Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The setting alone makes it special - nestled right along the river, surrounded by beautiful scenery that immediately makes you slow down and relax. 「We had an amazing stay here. The rooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable. We loved the suite with its living area and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts could not have done more. So friendly and helpful. They also had lots of games and toys and a garden which were great for the kids. 」

「On arrival we were pleased to find a cabin with toilets, a kettle and microwave close by. All correspondence before our arrival was clear and made getting into the pod simple. It was lovely and warm-almost too warm! The shower block is a short walk away with plenty of space. The facilities at Adventure Parc are super and we enjoyed a busy morning on our final day with staff going above and beyond to help our family. Had there been lots more people staying in the pods I think more kettles,...

Also, on the Expedia site the room I booked was £52 each, but I was charged £112, & not sure where the fault lies though suspect it is Expedia」
