"the Akoya hotel is a great hotel, the pool is amazing, the view is incredible, the rooms are good, the location is super handy to walk to restaurants and the beach. But let's not kid ourselves, it is not a 5 star hotel, price quality ratio is not the greatest. Now, don't get me wrong we had a good stay, but lamps in the room and in the common areas are not working, walls are worn out and cracking ... not the type of things that should happen in a 5 star, but totally acceptable for a 3 or 4. all...

"My stay was marvellous. I added my boyfriend to the stay but he couldn’t make it due to documentation and I had completely forgot about it, upon arrival the room was decorated with rose petals and a fruit hamper style plate which I LOVED. I really appreciated the touch even though my boyfriend couldn’t make it, this helped put a smile on what was a disastrous day. All the ladies at reception well kind, helpful and accommodating. I can not wait to visit again and this time for longer. "

"We had a great time at this hotel. Location is ideal, the hotel is very nice and the stuff is very welcoming and helpful. Avi was great, she was very helpful and helped us with everything! The hotel has a nice pool, it is very close to the beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel both for families, business trips and solo travellers as well. Thank you Avi! "

"While the staff is very pleasant and the property clean, there is almost no internet speed, the area around the hotel is made up of apartment and thus noisy late at night with
kids
shouting. There is only 1 small restaurant at walking distance. You need car to get to beach and the pics from hotel misleading. i would recommend hotel for 1 to 2 day max, not 15 like we book and we left 2 days in our stay but hotel refused the refund (as per policy)"
