"Been staying here for several years. Staff is always exceptionally pleasant. The breakfast is wonderful and contains many homemade items. The rooms are clean and kept in good condition. A perfect gem!"

"Positives: Very nice staff. Room was large, very clean, firm mattress. Area was quiet, easy access to town, restaurants and highway. Fair price. A Negatives: Dated decor, worn sheets and towels. Toilet and plumbing sluggish. No grab bars in bathtub. No breakfast. "

"I’m not sure why this has any reviews with more than 3 stars. It was grimy, outdated, there were sketchy people around, the bar lock on my room was broken (like it had been kicked in) and we felt unsafe. It took about 45 minutes to get another room — in a fairly empty hotel— and it was very inconvenient. The breakfast was almost all carbs (except some rehydrated scrambled eggs), no meat or fruit. "

"If you like histórico properties you won’t be disappointed with this one. The staff were friendly, restaurant was great and for me I loved the bed and pillows. Glad this beauty escaped the wrecking ball. "

"The staff was very kind and the room was okay. My only complaints were there was a very loud train nearby and the floors were really gross. We weren’t able to take our shoes off and when we did fresh out of the shower when we didn’t know, our feet were black. "
