My only issues were that to access my room i had to use an outdoor fire escape and walk across roof - this was safe and easy to do but not ideal with luggage, nor was it welcoming. 「I have stayed in the hotel for several time and always enjoy it. A great hotel if you want to visit the city. I never try to dinner but the breakfast is superb. Also a nice bar which provides great selection of drinks」

「Upon arrival we had to contact a mobile number for dome one to attend. The room was spotless and had everything you needed. The breakfast was cooked to order and very tasty, the staff were very attentive, nothing was an issue. Its a shame the pub and restaurant was closed due to an issue but it was well worth staying. We would come back when the pub and restaurant are open. Thank you for a lovely stay.」

「Had a great stay, had a lovely welcome, really comfy bed in a lovely cottage suite (room 11). Had everything you could need for a self catering stay. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Car parking included was a bonus. Would highly recommend with only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Bury St Edmunds. Would definitely stay again」
