"The hotel had a musty smell, and there was the scent of marijuana in the hallways. The room itself was decent, but there was some dog hair, and an unpleasant odor. The bathtub was dirty, as were the floors. Overall, more attention to cleaning is needed."

"Breakfast was amazing. Beds are comfortable, forgot my own shampoo and conditioner and the room had shampoo available but no conditioner. Overall the room was clean, but being in the hospitality business I notice small things a little dirt in the corners of the bathroom and some dust on the window sills and lamps but nothing that wouldnt be in anyone's home."

"The luggage carts were way too small. They would only hold a couple of suitcases and were tilted forward so you had to be careful one suitcase didn’t fall off. We had to clean up trash in our room when we moved in. Our dirty bathroom was not cleaned for four days and bathroom trash not removed . Personnel providing breakfast were understaffed. Breakfast was good, but not great and often had to ask for something that was not refilled yet. Staff unaware of how to use waffle iron. Had a clear view of the room where staff were cooking. It was definitely unsightly. We had a broken ottoman in our room and asked for a replacement but had a very difficult time explaining that to the desk clerk. It seems we had a language barrier. She was going to make us move to another room rather than providing us with an unbroken ottoman. I don’t believe she understood what we were asking for. The desk clerk who first greeted us was super nice. I know I will spell this wrong, but his name was Najah. Very nice each time we saw him. All in all, we were quite disappointed with this hotel. I don’t believe we would ever book this hotel again."

"Good location. Good parking. Bathroom had hair on the floor and missing two tiles. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the front to check us in. Room was ok for the price."

"The supposedly hot food was cold, 2 days no yogurt in yogurt macine, no jelly put out had to ask for it, orange juice bitter, cold biscuits, just totaly unappetizing breakfast 3 days in a row."
