"Parking spots were small making it hard for us to get in and out of the vehicle with a full lot. "

"Office staff was very nice and changed our room since Expedia gave me a smoking room. Otherwise it wasn’t a very good stay, beds were rock hard and super noisy, towels tiny and no toiletries in the bathroom. Parking wasn’t great either and stairs looked like they were going to fall apart."

"The clerk was snarky some guy that was hanging around in the lobby was making rude comments. When I came in to complain about the cockroaches that I found. The clerk didn’t seem surprised and didn’t bat an eyelash when oh let me give you another room. The next room was dirty.. when I said I wanted to leave she was quick to say the room was non refundable…"

"Breakfast was ok. I feel like the eggs were powered eggs and not real. sausage wasnt completely done, bacon was the pre cooked kind you buy and then re heated. All the staff were fantastic. Parking was good. rooms were very clean and fresh. Although the pillows suck. i dont mind a hard bed. sheets and blankets were fairly thin.. but i dont expect perfect when i stay at a hotel. I enjoyed my stay there and may return again next year for the PBR as it is only 20 min or so from the Tacoma Dome. "
