「I received a free upgrade to one of the Lodges so don't actually know about Davy Cottage. However, the lodge called Owls Nest was lovely. Spacious, well equipped, clean and really comfortable. The view was great. Parking was directly outside. The road is rather pot-holed (not unlike the rest of the country!) and I didn't like the black towels which left lint all over me, but that is really me being finicky! 「We loved the layout and the location was fantastic - a really short drive to the beach. Unfortunately it smelled quite badly of cigarette smoke and the washing machine smelled musty so we had to use the laundromat on site instead. We would have liked to have had some USB plugs. 」

「These apartments were in the perfect location.beautifully clean and hassle free. Parking space is a huge bonus too as we could walk up and down to the beach from our van, leaving body and surf boards then pop back down to the beach again. I would say the only drawback was having no privacy atall on the decked area at the back. There is a very low wall dividing each apartment so didn't feel we could sit out there really. Just needs some screening. We will definally be back, fantastic place,...
