"No breakfast except for toast, shower was dirty, smelled bad, only 4 channels worked, toilet flushed itself all night long every 2-3 hours, huge sign that says checkout is at 12 right by the front desk but around 10:30 I got 4 different knocks until 11 from room service and finally the front desk clerk came to my room. I told her I was going to shower and be out and she told me that checkout was 30mins ago and when I mentioned the HUGE sign by the front desk saying 12 she said it was old and it’s at 11. So showered and left. The whole stay sucked!! "

"We had a motto when I was the general manager at Terminix, “never stay in a place that has a number in the name”. This place had good reviews, I don’t know how. I was put on the top floor in what was a “suite room” that had a door between me and the next-door. I’m assuming my room connected to somebody that stays there all of the time, because there were 2 roaches in the bathroom, 1 on the entryway door, 1 on the floor that I killed. Sheets that look like they need to be thrown away from overuse, as well as burn marks from cigarettes in the comforter and bed skirt. I would never stay there again, after that, the sleep night was horrible"
