「Their property is conveniently located near the airport in a quiet, clean neighbourhood. I did tell them the approximate time of my arrival flight, and I was picked up within a few minutes after I called them. A very friendly personality, as in, in just a few minutes, it felt like I had known her for a while! They also offer a courtesy trip to the nearby mall, etc. 」

「The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met every need. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful. 」

「- Room had to be changed 3 times. - Bed linens were stained. - Front desk clerk seemed annoyed when asked to change rooms - said there were no housekeeping on duty. - Bathroom towels were all mismatched in color as well as heavily stained. - Vanity drawers contained a spider and cobwebs. - Room did not even have a complimentary coffeemaker or anything to make a cup of tea in the morning. - Fridge in the room was filthy. - Curtains in room was not opaque and allowed light through. - Bed moved...
