「The Guest House is impeccably maintained and in a great location to experience downtown. There was plenty of off street free parking behind the home. Beds and rooms are very comfortable and there is complimentary items for breakfast in the kitchen.」

The front desk and housekeeping staff were above and beyond when it came to requesting extra towels and sundries (coffee, cups, etc.) and telling us about local information. 「Excellent space, yummy breakfast (pickled red onions! Pulled pork!). The staff were warm and friendly. Central location made it so easy to walk to the Red Hat and also museums and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.」

「When we checked in, we were given room 207. This room was on the ground floor near the lobby, and the floor to ceiling windows faced the second floor of the parking lot in the rear of the property. There were cars parked directly outside of our window. The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy as it cycled on and off during the night making sleep all but impossible. 「The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay.」
