"Our stay at Heron’s Landing was good but not amazing. Average mid-grade hotel experience. The good: The staff were very friendly. The view from our balcony was great. Lots of natural light. "Upon arrival we discovered there was no toilet paper in our room and the bathroom door wouldnt even lock, let alone close. Having the whole reception and sitting area closed/gated off during the evening made it feel very unwelcoming."
