Lots of love and thought put into anticipating guests needs from the welcome reception to the details in each room and bathroom. Breakfast was a highlight and got us set for our day. He was rude and tild me he doesn't let anyone in unril he has the breakfast put out. I told him i just wamted to sit amd wait amd there was no place to sit in lobby. He said again he didn't let anyone sit un there till breakfast waa ready. I reminded him breakfast was from 6 to 10 am not whenever he decided to show up for work. I...
