「Room and lobby were both very clean. Staff was friendly, and the complementary breakfast was good. Tons of available parking outside.」

「We enjoyed our stay!」

「Good place to stay if it can offer free breakfast 」

「Wonderful experience」

「This is a great location in Springfield - very close to many cool attractions and within reasonable walking distance. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The only negatives were no view out of our window (it overlooked the parking lot) and the towels felt rough, not plush. While we didn't stay for breakfast, there was plenty to choose from and the coffee was good.」

「Room was great, clean, comfortable beds and couches, and well maintained with fully stocked kitchen and full size fridge. If you had to stay an extended time period, this layout was great for vacations. Unfortunately, we heard people partying when I was awakened around 1230am early Sunday morning, thought about calling the main desk but eventually the noise level went down around 130am. We had also wanted to enjoy their highly rated breakfast but found out when checking in that weekend breakfast...

「Dog friendly」

「I’ve stayed here a couple of times. Fairly clean hotel. Nice staff. Great for families so that you have room and the ability to cook if you’d like.」

「Great location Ambiance was memorable」

「Front desk while checking in and out were awesome!!」

「The bathroom countertop was not clean. When I walked up stairs to our room there was a flosser laying on the stairs and several wrappers laying on the ground. Staff was friendly, room was great , beds comfy and room had large fridge and stove and dishwasher. I was surprised!!! Other than the trash outside it was a very nice hotel and would stay again!!!」
