「The property is beautiful. The cabins are very bare. Just the basics. Even though we upgraded the cabin, we had to make our beds. No coffee pot but store gave us coffee. No dishes or pots & pans. Excellent location to Zion park. We were close to local free bus to Park then took park shuttles so we able to not take our car. Close to restaurants. Spotted Dog was a favorite and just across the street.」

「Clean room. Front desk agent at check in was friendly and helpful. Down side, in the morning there was NO hot water. We called the front desk at 8am, they told us it will take awhile. It’s was close to check out so I took a cold shower. All I got from front desk agent was “sorry” with a smirky smile. Plus the noise from the contractors was loud.. so no sleeping in..」

「Our stay was excellent. I even accidentally left my jacket hanging in the closet in our room. I didn't realize it until hours after check out. I called and the staff was on it! Luckily we were still in the area. The front desk lady located my jacket and had it waiting for me at the front desk when I arrived. Which I was very grateful for since it was pretty cold that day, especially for Hurricane! The hotel was very clean and well taken care of which I really appreciate!」
